Omega-3 fatty acids, belong to the unsaturated fatty acids and take over important tasks in the body. They belong in every healthy, wholesome diet. One representative of this group is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). The oil of perilla seeds contains a lot of this valuable fatty acid. For us, the ripe seeds are gently and cold pressed and filled pure into cellulose capsules. This is something special, because until now oils have been filled into gelatin capsules or into an elaborately produced corn-based capsule using carrageenan. Thanks to the new process, we can now pack the high-quality organic perilla oil safely and well protected in a pure cellulose capsule.
