It is a food supplement made with 99% certified-organic barley grass powder (Hordeum vulgare) from German agriculture, pressed into tablets. The grass is harvested at peak nutrient density and dried at room temperature for raw food quality. Silicon dioxide is used as an anti-caking agent.

One serving is 20 tablets, approximately 8 g. It provides 3.9 g dietary fibre, 19 μg vitamin K1 (25% NRV), 300 mg potassium (15% NRV), 7.5 μg molybdenum (15% NRV) and 12.8 mg naturally occurring organic sulfur. NRV means nutrient reference value according to EU Regulation No 1169/2011.

Take 4 × 5 tablets daily with sufficient liquid, ideally spread across the day. The tablets can also be taken in smaller amounts. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.

The product is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and iodine-free according to the product information. It contains organic barley grass powder and silicon dioxide (E551) as an anti-caking agent.

Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintenance of normal blood pressure. Molybdenum contributes to normal metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids.

The barley grass is certified organic under DE-ÖKO-001 and listed as Germany Agriculture. It has raw food quality and is dried at room temperature. Each batch is independently inspected in Germany for pesticides, heavy metals and microbiology.
