Eye care: gentle protection

Eye care: gentle protection

The skin around the eyes is extremely thin, prone to dryness and practically devoid of fat. So it begins to age earlier than other areas. Although the area around the eyes is small, the problems here can be different.

"Crow's feet" - thin wrinkles-rays around the eyes - often appear even at a young age. Their appearance is especially facilitated by myopia or frequent exposure to bright sun - in these cases, a person tends to squint often. To visually smooth out early wrinkles, intensive hydration and deep nutrition are necessary. The skin saturated with moisture and lipids is straightened, its relief is smoothed out. Since the depth of wrinkles around the eyes is usually small, good hydration is enough to notice a positive effect.

Skin irritation around the eyes can occur due to hypersensitivity of the skin, and due to the wrong choice of cosmetics, and in case of lack of sleep, and during prolonged work at the computer. If your eyelids easily turn red, it is better to choose a gentle hypoallergenic product with soothing components.

A tired look, bruises under the eyes can be a consequence of overload and stress, living in a polluted area, chronic intoxication, in particular - due to smoking. All these external factors cause free radical damage to the skin. To combat free radicals, additional doses of vitamins and antioxidants are needed - primarily vitamin C. This wonderful compound not only effectively captures dangerous free radicals, but also activates collagen synthesis - this helps to make the skin around the eyes denser, reduce its sagging and bags under the eyes, improve microcirculation.

Taking qualitative food supplements with antioxidant effects can be a useful addition to cosmetic care.

Q10 is a coenzyme of many biochemical reactions in the body, it activates energy metabolism and is especially useful for chronic fatigue, overloads and bruises under the eyes caused by them. Natural vitamin C, the source of which is the acerola fruit powder, enhances protection against free radicals, reduces puffiness under the eyes and unwanted hyperpigmentation.
