Delivery Conditions
Order Processing:
All orders are processed by our specialists on the day they are received.
After order confirmation, the shipment is prepared – we check goods and packaging, and prepare the necessary documents.
If the order is placed before 2 PM (GMT+2) on a business day, it will be processed the same day.
If the order is placed after 2 PM (GMT+2), or on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
After the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
We strive to ship all packages as quickly as possible so that you receive your order in the shortest possible time.
Shipping to European Union (EU) countries
For buyers from EU countries, the prices on the website include all taxes, fees and VAT, so you will not need to pay additional duties upon receipt. You only pay the amount indicated on the website.
Delivery is carried out by standard European Union postal service twice a week. After dispatch, you will receive a notification and a tracking number, which you can use to track the movement of the package to your address.
Shipping outside the European Union
If the recipient's address is outside the EU, for example in the UK, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada or other countries, payment of import duties and/or VAT may be required upon customs clearance in accordance with the laws of the receiving country.
These fees are not charged by our store, but by the customs authorities of the country of destination. The amount of payments depends on the value of the order, the category of goods and applicable regulations.
Please note: some countries have a duty-free import threshold, and if the value of the package is below this threshold, no additional payments are charged. However, we cannot guarantee that such fees will not apply in your case, as requirements vary from country to country.
Packaging and Shipping
We pay great attention to the safety of goods during transportation. Each order:
- is carefully wrapped in kraft paper,
- placed in vibration and shock-resistant packaging if necessary,
- packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Receiving your order
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier or postal worker will leave a notification, and the parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office.
You will be able to pick up your order at a convenient time within the established storage period.
Delivery times
Standard delivery time within the EU is 3 to 10 days, depending on the recipient country and the operation of local postal services.
For orders outside the EU, delivery may take from 7 to 21 days, depending on the distance, season, and time required for customs clearance,

Standard mail — delivery to your address or the nearest post office.
Self-pickup in Lithuania: pickup point at the address: UAB Didneriaiin, LT-02244, Lithuania, Kirtimu g. 47, 3C korpus.
Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 to 16:30 (weekends — Saturday and Sunday).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart when placing an order and depend on:
- the selected product,
- the delivery country,
- and the available shipping warehouse (e.g., Germany for SANATUR products).
Before confirming your purchase, you will see the final shipping cost and be able to choose a suitable option.
SANATUR Delivery
SANATUR products are delivered in a slightly different way from the rest of our stock. Delivery is made directly from the brand's warehouse, which reduces costs, environmental impact and delivery times and guarantees reliable packaging.
They are delivered from a warehouse in Germany using DHL Standard. Self-pickup from Germany is not possible.
The average delivery time is 3-5 business days.
