Which plants are useful against back pain?

Which plants are useful against back pain?

Signs of tiredness:

  • Stiffness in the back or neck
  • Muscle weakness
  • Sharp or aching pain in the back or neck

Causes of tiredness:

To keep the body in an upright position, we use many large and small muscles of the back which must work coordinated. If tension prevails over relaxation, it can limit mobility, cause discomfort and pain.

  • sedentary work
  • forced immobility (for example, during an air flight or a car trip)
  • prolonged unnatural posture
  • psychological stress
  • unsuccessful movement during training, when lifting weights, etc.

Solution:

A calm environment and warmth will help relax muscles and eliminate discomfort in the back and neck. You can take a warm bath. Products with natural warming and pain-relieving components are useful. It is important that gels or lotions do not damage the skin.

Most often, cosmetic products for tired back and neck include such ingredients as:

Rosemary, Chamomile extract, Sage extract, Menthol, Cinnamomum camphora oil, Harpagophytum (devil’s claw) extract, Arnica extract, Lavender
