Iodine is an essential vital trace element. It is particularly important in the formation of thyroid hormones. The daily iodine requirement for adults is about 150 µg iodine.
For our iodine 100% vegetable we use seaweed from the Scottish coast, grown in seawater with the highest water quality (grade A).
