How to Relieve Back Pain?
According to statistics, 85% of people experience back pain at some point in their lives. Whether it is sharp or aching pain in the lower back, under the shoulder blade, or in the neck, the intensity, nature, and location of the pain can vary greatly. Even mild discomfort can significantly limit activity, cause persistent unease, and reduce quality of life.
In most cases, back pain does not result from serious damage to the musculoskeletal system but from muscle spasms. This can be seen as the price we pay for walking upright, since our back muscles bear a significant daily load that is not always physiologically balanced. A lack of movement, prolonged static postures, or sudden physical exertion—especially asymmetrical or diagonal movements—can all be equally harmful to the back. Certain professions are especially prone to back pain, particularly those requiring small, precise movements in awkward positions (for example, dentists and cosmetologists).
Sedentary work, lifting heavy objects, gardening, housecleaning, or even simple repairs can all trigger acute pain in the shoulders, neck, or lower back. Young mothers often suffer from back pain because they must regularly lift their growing child or stroller. Caregivers of bedridden patients also experience constant overload of the back muscles. Poor mattress quality or an improper sleeping position may cause stiffness and pain upon waking. Finally, hypothermia or stressful situations can also increase the risk of painful muscle tension.
Fortunately, when caused by muscle spasms alone, back pain usually subsides within a few days. Modern medicine does not recommend strict bed rest for such pain, as immobility slows recovery by causing stagnation in the tissues. Instead, gentle movement with a limited range of motion is advised.
To help relax muscles, relieve pain, and restore comfort and mobility, the Swiss company has developed Dul-X Back Relax Cream-Gel with natural active ingredients. Menthol provides an immediate cooling and soothing effect, followed by a warming sensation generated by vanillyl butyl ether, which helps relax tense muscles. Ethyl salicylate (derived from willow bark extract) is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica, a traditional herb, has long been valued for its ability to reduce swelling and improve skin appearance by supporting microcirculation.
The cream-gel’s lightweight, non-greasy base—enriched with jojoba oil, glycerin, and panthenol—spreads easily over areas of discomfort, absorbs quickly, and provides relief without leaving stains on clothing. Its convenient dispenser makes it ideal for use at home, in the office, or while traveling.
