After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to the relevant courier service.

If you notify us about an address change before your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing the order), then we can change the shipping address.

All of our products by default are shipped within the European Union and all of our products apart from food supplements from Sanatur can be shipped worldwide.

Within the EU, it should take 3-5 business days; outside the EU, it depends on the country, and can take 7-10 business days. A calculator at check-out will provide you with an estimated time of delivery.
