Delivery Conditions

Order Processing

Our team processes all incoming orders on the day they are received.

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed on a business day before 2:00 PM (GMT+2) are processed that day.

• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+2), on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your items are prepared, documented, and dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation containing your package tracking number.

Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. The final cost depends on the specific products selected, the destination country, and the dispatch warehouse location.

Available delivery methods include:

• Standard Mail: Delivery directly to your provided address or your local post office.

• Self-Pickup (Lithuania only): You can collect your order from our facility at UAB Didneriaiin, LT-02244, Lithuania, Kirtimu g. 47, 3C korpus. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Brand-Specific Dispatch & Split Shipments

To minimize environmental impact and keep costs low, many items are dispatched directly from the brand’s local warehouse. Depending on the items in your order, your goods may ship from partner facilities in Lithuania, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, or Italy.

• Split Orders: If your cart contains items from different brands, they may be dispatched from different countries and arrive as separate packages.

• Pickup Limitations: Please note that the self-pickup option is strictly limited to inventory held at our Lithuanian facility.

Estimated Delivery Times

Dispatch for standard postal delivery occurs twice a week. Once in transit, estimated timelines are as follows:

• Within the European Union: 3 to 10 business days, depending on your local postal service and the origin warehouse (e.g., standard deliveries from our German warehouses typically take 3 to 5 business days).

• Outside the European Union: 7 to 21 business days, depending on distance, seasonal volume, and customs clearance procedures.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

• EU Customers: All prices displayed on our website include VAT and applicable taxes. You will not face any additional fees upon delivery.

• Non-EU Customers: Orders shipping outside the European Union (e.g., the UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway) may be subject to local import duties and VAT. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authorities, not by our store. We recommend checking your country's duty-free thresholds before placing an order.

Packaging & Missed Deliveries

We take great care in securing your items for transport. Goods are wrapped in kraft paper, placed in shock-resistant materials if necessary, and shipped in durable cardboard boxes.

If you are unavailable to receive your package at the time of delivery, your postal worker or courier will leave a notification card. The parcel will be held at your nearest post office, where you can retrieve it at your convenience before the local storage period expires.
