The evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) can be easily recognized by its bright yellow petals. The evening primrose was originally native to North America. From there it found its way to us about 400 years ago thanks to its beautiful bright yellow flowers.
For Sanatur Evening Primrose Oil, the oily seeds of the biennial plants are collected in late summer at the end of the flowering season and cold pressed. The valuable oil is filled pure into cellulose capsules under exclusion of oxygen.
