Recommended dosage: take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid. 

Ingredients: acerola fruit powder (Malpighia glabra L.), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 11,6%, separating agents: magnesium salts from fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
